--If additional chairs, tables, etc. are needled, it is the responsibility of the said party to secure and return them. Any rearranging of the furniture belonging to the building is to be returned where it was found.
---Any and all trash must be bagged in plastic and carried to the rear of the building and deposited in the trash container.
--Neither smoking nor use of alcoholic beverages is permitted in the building, out side the building or on the grounds surrounding the building.
CONTINUNING USERS: If premises are not found orderly a $40.00 fee will be charged each time we have the primacies cleaned due to your neglect.
ONE TIME USERS: There will be a deposit of $40.00 (cleaning fee) to be refunded if the building is left in a clean and neat order, if not your deposit will not be returned.
